2012 movies I've seen:
Bel Ami (2012) - pointless, had a little potential but not quite fulfilled.
Battleship (2012) Very ridiculous waste of money, but can be entertaining if you know that's what you're getting into.

Lincoln (2012)
Very good. Shows how far we've come and how far we've yet to go, how things never change and how they always change.

Playing for Keeps (2012)
I had low expectations, and what I received was a little better than what I expected. At least Gerard Butler didn't play a complete a** this time, only a half-a**.

Skyfall (2012)
Some parts of this didn't quite work, but other parts were great. And Daniel Craig as Bond is still very appealing.

Trouble with the Curve (2012)
Clint Eastwood is the same in every movie any more. Amy Adams is very very good here. Timberlake's character and plot line is far too unbelievable and ridiculous.
I don't really see how this improved on the original story. Not terrible, though.
Total Recall (2012)
This is pretty hard to top. Bane was a little annoying but everything else was totally awesome.
The Dark Knight Rises (2012)

Marvel's The Avengers (2012)
This movie was better for its characters than many of their title movies were.

The Raven (2012)
The story is very muddy, unfortunately, but Luke Evans and Cusack are enjoyable to watch.

If you liked the first one, this one is pretty much the same. The first is probably a little better because it was fresher then, but the effects are ratcheted up here noticeably.

One for the Money (2012)
Forgettable, stupid story, dumb accent, falling for jerks, etc. - Debbie Reynolds was pretty good.
